Stress Management & Mindfulness Coaching

This is a 4-week training program for people who are often stressed, have trouble sleeping, or want to improve their concentration. Each week, clients will participate in a 45-minute video call session with Winston Fumiko. Content includes:

Instructions on deep breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation.

Muscle relaxation exercises and positive visualization.

Work-life balance and strategy.

How to identify and reduce stressors.
After the course, clients will receive a practice kit, guided meditation audio, and a plan to maintain a long-term mindfulness habit.
