3. INFORMATION VERIFICATION POLICY
Requirements for Providers:

  • Legally responsible for published information
  • Clear scans of licenses/certificates
  • Valid national ID or passport
  • Allow StrongBodyAI to verify document validity
  • Notify within 7 days of license/information changes

StrongBodyAI's Rights:

  • Cross-verify information via public sources
  • Request email/video call verification
  • Temporarily suspend accounts if fraud is suspected
  • Permanently delete accounts for severe violations

4. VIOLATION HANDLING
With verified evidence:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Notify affected booked users
  • Require provider explanation within 72 hours

5. USER PROTECTION

  • 100% service fee refund
  • Connection to replacement providers
  • Evidence provision to authorities when required

6. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providers: Fully accountable for qualifications and information
  • StrongBodyAI: Verify when issues arise, terminate partnership upon violation detection
  • Users: Must check verification status before booking
