Processing time to receive funds: 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).
Refund fees: No charges from the platform.
2. DATA SECURITY
No credit card storage – all payments are processed by Stripe.
Passwords encrypted using bcrypt.
Audit logs maintained for all access to sensitive data.
3. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
For Providers:
Fully responsible under the law for the accuracy of published information.
Clear scanned copy of valid license/certification.
Valid national ID or passport.
Consent for StrongBodyAI to verify submitted documents.
Notify StrongBodyAI within 7 days if there are any changes to licenses or information.
Rights of StrongBodyAI:
Cross-check provider information against public sources.
Request additional verification via email or video call.
Temporarily suspend accounts if fraud is suspected.
Permanently delete accounts in cases of severe violation.
4. VIOLATION HANDLING
When verified evidence of violation exists:
Temporarily suspend the provider’s account.
Notify users with ongoing bookings.
Require providers to submit an explanation within 72 hours.
5. USER PROTECTION
100% service fee refund in case of verified provider violations.
Assistance in connecting users with replacement providers.
Provide evidence to competent authorities when necessary.
6. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Providers: Fully responsible for their professional competence and the accuracy of information provided.
StrongBodyAI: Investigates upon issues, suspends or terminates cooperation when violations are detected.
Users: Responsible for checking verification status before booking services.
