- Actual fund receipt: 3-5 days (depends on your bank)
- No refund fees from our platform
2. DATA SECURITY
- No credit card storage - Fully processed by Stripe
- Password encryption via bcrypt hashing
- Audit logs for sensitive data access
3. INFORMATION VERIFICATION POLICY
Requirements for Providers:
- Legally responsible for published information
- Clear scans of licenses/certificates
- Valid national ID or passport
- Allow StrongBodyAI to verify document validity
- Notify within 7 days of license/information changes
StrongBodyAI's Rights:
- Cross-verify information via public sources
- Request email/video call verification
- Temporarily suspend accounts if fraud is suspected
- Permanently delete accounts for severe violations
4. VIOLATION HANDLING
With verified evidence:
- Immediate account suspension
- Notify affected booked users
- Require provider explanation within 72 hours
5. USER PROTECTION
- 100% service fee refund
- Connection to replacement providers
- Evidence provision to authorities when required
6. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providers: Fully accountable for qualifications and information
- StrongBodyAI: Verify when issues arise, terminate partnership upon violation detection
- Users: Must check verification status before booking
