1. Introduction

StrongBody.ai (operated by StrongBody SG Pte. Ltd., Singapore) is a digital marketplace and AI‑driven platform that connects users with independent professionals, coaches, tutors, and organizations across the world in the fields of learning, lifestyle, and personal growth.
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable international standards.

By using the Platform or our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, please stop using our Services.

2.  Data Collected

We collect only the information necessary to operate, display, and improve our Platform for both sellers and buyers.

For Sellers

We process the following data that you voluntarily provide and for which you remain responsible:

Account and contact details (name, email, phone number, password hash).

• Profile information (photo, display name, skill tags, languages).
• Education and certifications – degrees, training programs, licenses, or certificates you upload to prove qualifications.
•  “About Me” content – biographic description, personal statements, or anything you write to introduce yourself; you are fully responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness.
• Transaction and payment records (through authorized payment partners).
• Communications and feedback with buyers.
• Information about work completed outside the Platform – projects, sessions, or contracts you previously performed independently, including your own descriptions and performance metrics.
•  Achievements and areas of expertise you declare, used only for AI‑assisted listing and profile generation.
• Gallery uploads and social‑media integration – photos, videos, or media that you upload to your StrongBody.ai gallery or to linked third‑party services (such as Multime). If you connect a Multime account, content you publish there may be mirrored and displayed on your StrongBody.ai profile. You retain control through your Multime privacy settings and can disconnect at any time.
• Device and usage metrics (IP address, browser type, analytics cookies).

All seller‑provided materials remain your responsibility; StrongBody.ai acts only as a data processor to display and improve your profile. We do not sell or re‑use this data for advertising.

For Buyers

• Account and contact details (name, email, login creds, optional phone number).
• Service requests or job posts you create (text and details of the service you need).
• Images, documents, or files you voluntarily upload to illustrate your project.
• These are shown only to sellers for quotation and communication purposes.
• We do not use buyer uploads for AI training or marketing and delete them once the project ends or upon request.
•  Device and usage data may also be collected for security and analytics.

Social Login Data

When you sign up or log in to StrongBody.ai using a third‑party social account (such as Google, Facebook, Apple, LinkedIn, or Multime), we receive from that provider the basic information authorized by you through their consent screen.

This may include your name, email address, profile photo, and unique identifier (only if the provider allows it).

We do not obtain your password or any private data from those accounts.

This information is used solely to create or authenticate your StrongBody.ai account and link your profile if you choose to integrate services like Multime.

You can disconnect the social link at any time from your account settings.

Each social platform acts as a separate data controller for its own users, and their privacy policies govern how they process your information before transmitting to StrongBody.ai.

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil its purpose or legal requirements.
Security measures include AES‑256 encryption, TLS 1.3, multi‑factor authentication, regular audits, and 24/7 incident monitoring.
We follow ISO 27001 and NIST standards for data protection.

5. International Transfers

Our servers are based in Singapore, and we may transfer data to other jurisdictions only where adequate protections exist and approved by law (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Artificial Intelligence

AI features assist users with recommendations and content organization.
Data used for AI training is anonymized and never linked back to any individual.
Users may opt out of AI personalization or request deletion of AI logs at any time.

7. Users’ Rights

You may request to access, rectify, erase, or port your data; withdraw consent; or object to processing. All requests should be sent to customercare@strongbody.ai.
We will verify identity and respond within 30 days.

8. Children and Minors

Our Services follow international standards (COPPA and GDPR Article 8):

•  Under 13: StrongBody.ai does not knowingly collect data.
• Ages 13 to 17: use only with verified parental consent.

If we become aware that data from a child has been collected, we will erase it immediately.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to this Policy.
