- Other professional consulting services related to medicine, health, fitness or rehabilitation;
- In-depth fitness and health courses and tutorials are available in the form of videos, webinars, and digital materials.
The above services may be provided directly on the platform through scheduling systems, communication, messaging, video calls or other electronic forms.
StrongBody.ai acts as a technology enabler, providing the infrastructure for Sellers and Buyers to:
- Post product/service content;
- Search and compare information;
- Place an order or schedule a consultation;
- Communicate, evaluate and handle feedback;
- Make payments through the integrated system.
We do not directly manufacture, supply, distribute products or perform consulting services; do not interfere with the content or commitments made by the Seller; and do not represent any party in the transaction between the Buyer and the Seller. All responsibility for the quality, content, conditions of service or goods belongs to the supplier.
1.3. About terms of service
When you access, register for an account, or use any services on the StrongBody.ai platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this document (“Terms of Service”), as well as accompanying policies such as:
- Personal data privacy policy;
- Operating policy for sellers/buyers;
- Dispute handling, return and shipping policies (if any);
- Other regulations are published on the website.
1.4. Users do not have full civil capacity

Participation and use of the platform is entirely voluntary., does not give rise to any exclusive or binding obligation on price or distribution channel.Any display, promotion or incentive support programare only implemented on the basis of voluntary, transparent and non-coercive agreement.
In no event shall StrongBody.ai be liable for pricing practices, channel selection or disputes arising from the seller's commercial activities.
2.10. Promotions and display priority
StrongBody.ai can deployPromotions, media campaign or priority display mechanismfor service providers with the aim of supporting increased user accessibility and improve business performanceParticipation in these programs is completely voluntary, optional and does not impose any restrictions on the seller's freedom to set prices or choose distribution channels on platforms other than StrongBody.ai.

3. Limitation of liability and intellectual property rights
3.1. Limitation of liability of StrongBody.ai (revised version)
StrongBody.ai is a middleware technology platform, provides technical systems and online environments to support the connection and transactions between Buyers and Sellers for products and services in the fields of health, fitness, personal medicine and body care.
We do not directly manufacture, supply, distribute or warrant any products or services posted on the platform.
All information content, images, descriptions, commitments related to products or services are the sole responsibility of the Seller. StrongBody.aimakes no representations, does not pre-screen, and makes no warranties as to the accuracy, legality, quality, performance, or suitability of those products/services.
Especially for theNon-physical consulting services(including but not limited to: nutrition advice, fitness training, health advice, lifestyle adjustment support, fitness assessment, medical advice…), StrongBody.ai:
- Not responsible for the correctness, safety or consequences arising from the Buyer's implementation of the advice provided by the Seller;
- Do not evaluate or guarantee the Seller's expertise, qualifications or professional certifications, unless there is a clearly published independent verification process
- No guarantee that the consulting service is suitable for the specific physical condition, health status or subjective expectations of each Buyer
- No guarantees of health improvement, body transformation or treatment results are made from the consultation service unless stated in the individual policy
It is the user's responsibility to:
- Research, evaluate and carefully consider the professional profile of the service provider.before use;
- Communicate clearly with the Seller about the scope, limitations and content of the consulting services;
- Do not use counseling services as a substitute for medical diagnosis or formal medical treatment, especially for people with serious medical conditions.
In any case,StrongBody.ai assumes no legal or financial responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from:
- Using the product for the wrong purpose or not in accordance with the instructions
- Using consulting services that are not suitable for the needs, physical condition or expertise of the Seller
- Disputes and private commitments between Buyer and Seller are not recorded or authenticated by the system
Total liability (if any)of StrongBody.ai for any claims arising from the use of the platform will not exceed the total amount that the user has paid for the platform's paid services (if any) within the last 03 months, and only to the extent permitted by law.

When posting content on the platform (including product descriptions, images, videos, feedback, reviews, etc.), users commit that they have full legal rights to that content. Any use of illegal content or infringing on the rights of third parties will be removed and the uploader will be fully responsible before the law.

StrongBody.ai may provide software in the form of a web application, mobile application, browser extension, or equivalent form (“Software”). You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse compile, reconstruct, disassemble or otherwise attempt to reproduce, exploit or circumvent StrongBody.ai's software, directly or indirectly, without our written permission.

Some of the content is created by users (Sellers or Buyers), while others may be aggregated, edited, or otherwise displayed by StrongBody.ai using technology (including artificial intelligence). StrongBody.ai is not responsible for any user-generated content, especially if it is inaccurate, misleading, or illegal.
You agree not to use the content on the platform for commercial purposes, copy, republish, edit, exploit or display it anywhere else without the written consent of StrongBody.ai or the rightful owner of that content.
In case you discover any content that infringes your rights or the rights of others, you can notify StrongBody.ai so that we can review, remove or handle it according to the content complaint process.
4.3 Ownership and Licensing of User-Submitted Content

To fully utilize the features of StrongBody.ai, users need to create a valid account on the platform. When registering, you undertake to provide complete, truthful, and accurate personal information requested, including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, shipping address, or other identifying information.
It is the user's responsibility to update information when there is a change to ensure the system always maintains accurate information. StrongBody.ai is not responsible for any damages arising from users providing incorrect information or failing to update it promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse to create an account or delete an account if we find that the registration information is inaccurate, fraudulent or does not comply with the terms of service.
When a user registers an account on the platformStrongBody.ai, the system will simultaneously and automatically create a corresponding account onMany Apps– a mobile application platform tightly integrated within the StrongBody ecosystem that aims to extend functionality, synchronize data, and enhance user experience.
Creating this affiliate account is intended to give users full access to the additional features and services that Multimer offers, including but not limited to:
– Access to personalized content (based on personal profile and goals);
– Monitor training progress, consultations, health improvement programs;
– Manage activity history, evaluate service efficiency;
– Use advanced features on mobile that the web version does not support.
Multimer account creation is completely automatic, does not require users to re-register, and is considered a default part of the StrongBody.ai account creation process. By agreeing to create an account on StrongBody.ai, the user is understood to haveAllow the system to simultaneously create Multimer accounts with the necessary information copied or synchronized for the purpose of operating the service.
Users have full control over the created Multimer account, including:
– Access, edit and update account information;
– Change display or privacy settings;
– Request to disable or deactivate your Multimer account at any time, via the"Profile Settings"in your StrongBody.ai account.
StrongBody commitment that any data synchronization, backup or sharing between StrongBody.ai and the Multimer App:
– Only performed to the minimum extent necessary to provide the service and improve the user experience;
– Be governed by a personal data protection policy and comply with applicable laws (including GDPR or equivalent local laws where applicable);
– May not be used for advertising purposes, third party distribution or commercial exploitation outside the scope of the service, without the explicit consent of the user.
5.2 User rights and obligations
Users have full rights to use their accounts to perform functions provided by the platform, including posting products, purchasing, paying, reviewing, giving feedback, using reward points (if any), and other transaction activities in accordance with StrongBody.ai's policies.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information, especially the login name, password and two-factor authentication methods (if any). Any actions taken through the account will be considered the actions of the account owner, even if they are performed by someone else without authorization, unless the user can prove that the unauthorized intrusion was beyond his/her reasonable control and has promptly notified StrongBody.ai.
The User undertakes not to:
- Let others use your account;
- Opening multiple accounts to manipulate the system or abuse incentives;
- Using the account to commit illegal acts, commit fraud or otherwise negatively affect other users and/or the system.
Users are fully and absolutely responsible for all information they provide, edit, post or make public in their personal profile on the StrongBody.ai platform.
This information includes but is not limited to:
– Full name, gender, profile picture, self description;
– Education level, professional skills, certificates, practice licenses (if any);
– Work experience, work history, professional achievements;
– Services being provided, service description, price list, operating hours;
– Reviews or feedback from other users (if relevant).
The user undertakes that all information displayed in the profile is honest, accurate, complete and not in violation of the law.
StrongBody is not obligated and assumes no responsibility to independently verify the accuracy of this information, unless specifically stated or specifically stated in the verification process.
The User acknowledges that disclosing inaccurate, misleading information or impersonating a third party is a serious offense that may result in legal consequences. In the event of suspected infringement or complaints from other users, customers, or authorities, StrongBody has the right, but is not obligated, to take one or more of the following measures:
– Temporarily or permanently hide your personal profile and/or related services;
– Require users to provide documents or evidence to verify the declared information;
– Refuse to provide service or permanently block the account;

Making false declarations, using false information, impersonating other individuals/organizations or intentionally causing confusion may lead to:
– Being banned from operating on the StrongBody.ai platform;
– Damage to reputation, personal or organizational brand;
– Be prosecuted for administrative, civil or criminal liability according to current law.
Users understand and agree that their personal profile is a representation of their image, capabilities and professional commitments on the platform. Therefore, users are responsible for proactively ensuring transparency, accuracy and regular updates of public information to avoid causing misunderstandings or creating risks for partners and consumers.
5.3 Seller Account and Buyer Account
StrongBody.ai offers two main types of accounts: buyer accounts and seller accounts.
Buyer accounts are used to search, select, purchase products, pay for, review and manage orders.
Seller accounts are used to post products for sale, manage inventory, process orders, interact with buyers, and use store management tools (if available).
Users can register for a single account and use both functions within the same interface. However, in certain cases (e.g. selling products that require medical or professional licenses), StrongBody.ai may request additional information to verify the seller's identity and legal capacity.
We may temporarily or permanently block a seller's account if we detect violations related to product content, illegal trading behavior, fraud, or harm to the user community.
In order to support users – especially service providers (sellers) – in starting a business quickly, proactively and saving time, the StrongBody system can be used automated technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to user declaration data analysis and pre-create some sample content for providing services on the platform.
After the user completes account registration and declares information such as: professional skills, field of activity, service description or current profession, the system can automatically generate one or more suggested content, including but not limited to:
– Service Listings: generated according to the selected skill;
– Initial Business Offers;
– Profile Description / Service Bio.
These contents for reference and support only, completely not be made public or visible to other users until the account owner (user) reviews, confirms, and actively activates display. Making any of this content public means that the user reviewed, agreed and take full responsibility for that content.
Users have full rights:
– Edit, update or personalize suggested content as needed;
– Refuse to use or completely delete the content created by the system;
– Choose not to allow the system to automatically generate future content (if that option is provided in the profile settings).
StrongBody is not responsible for the legality or content for any content made public by users, whether the content was originally suggested by the system or generated by a support tool. All public content on the platform is considered to be directly controlled and responsible by the user.
The use of user profile data for automated content generation is only allowed:
– Within the scope of compliance with the platform's privacy and security policies;
– When there is explicit consent from the user side;
– Do not use for any secondary commercial purposes without specific permission.
Users are encouraged to carefully review content before publishing it to ensure accuracy, professional relevance, and compliance with relevant laws.

StrongBody.ai applies technical and administrative security measures to protect user account information and personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, loss or destruction.

All consequences arising from the user's violation will be the user's legal and financial responsibility. Including but not limited to:
– Being administratively sanctioned or prosecuted;
– Being claimed for damages by a third party;
– Permanent or temporary suspension of the right to use the platform;
– Loss of access to services, records, earnings or related data.
In any case, if requested by competent authorities, tax authorities, consumer protection agencies or affected parties,StrongBody reserves the right to take proactive or mandatory measures to assist in investigating and preventing violations., include:
– Temporarily lock or terminate the violating account;
– Temporarily remove or hide relevant services, content or transactions;
– Provide information, transaction data, and user profiles to competent authorities as prescribed by law.
Using the platform means that the user accepts all legal and financial risks if the law is violated, and has no right to hold StrongBody liable in any way.
In the event that a user engages in commercial activities, provides services, or generates income from the use of the StrongBody.ai platform, including but not limited to: accepting service orders, making payments, selling digital products, receiving consulting fees, or any form of value exchange, thenIt is the user's responsibility to determine and fully comply with their respective financial and tax obligations as prescribed by law in the country of residence or business..
These obligations may include:
– Register for personal or business tax code;
– Declare and pay value added tax (if applicable);
– Declare and pay personal income tax or corporate tax;
– Issue invoices and valid documents as required by local law;
– Store books, transaction reports and related documents for inspection or comparison when required.
User acknowledges that StrongBody.ai:
– Does not act as a payment intermediary with the function of collecting and paying taxes on behalf of others.;
– No obligation to withhold at source or declare on behalf of the user;
– Does not provide personal legal or tax advice.
The user is fully responsible for any violation of tax regulations or failure to fulfill financial obligations. In case of any dispute, complaint or request for assistance from the authorities,StrongBody reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities to provide transaction information, financial data or user activity history, to the extent permitted by law.
5.5 Account Locking and Termination
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to temporarily block or terminate user accounts in the following cases:
- Violate the Terms of Service or other platform policies
- Committing fraud, using counterfeit software, bots, or technical tricks to gain advantage
- Conduct fraudulent transactions, post prohibited goods or violate the law
- Engage in threatening, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users or StrongBody.ai employees
- There is a legitimate request from a competent state agency.
Account suspension or termination may be made without prior notice and StrongBody.ai is not obligated to refund any costs related to benefits used (if any) prior to the suspension, including but not limited to reward points, promotions, and ongoing offers.
6. Terms of Service
6.1. Lawful Use
Users commit to only use the StrongBody.ai platform for legal purposes, in accordance with current laws and in accordance with the functions provided by the platform. Specifically, users are allowed to:

- Post, provide or schedule consultation services related to health, fitness and lifestyle, including but not limited to: Nutritional counseling, physical counseling, personal training (PT), rehabilitation, weight loss counseling, chronic disease management (if specialized); Assess body index, design exercise plans, create personalized nutrition menus; Online instruction via video call, chat, or digital documents
- Each service must be accompanied by a clear description of: Specific service content (what advice? how long? for which target group?); Scope and limitation of liability of the service provider; Service delivery method: online/offline, via chat, via video, via digital article, etc.; Expected time and conditions of implementation (e.g. need to make an appointment in advance, conditions for cancellation, refund,...).
- The Services are only provided by individuals or organisations with appropriate expertise. For example: Nutritionist with professional certification and degree from a legitimate training institution; Fitness trainers are certified to practice or have a public profile; Doctors and medical professionals must have a valid license to practice if they provide specialized advice.
- Any consulting services relating to health or medical matters must comply with the law, must not contain superstitious, unscientific, or fraudulent elements, and Do not make unsubstantiated promises of treatment results or improvement.
- Service providers mustself-responsibleon the quality, accuracy, suitability and effectiveness of the services provided by it. In the event of a dispute, fraud or harm to users, StrongBody.ai reserves the right to temporarily suspend content, accounts and refer the case to the competent authority if necessary.
c) Prohibited acts of all types:
Users may not use StrongBody.ai to engage in or facilitate the following actions:
- Trading or promoting products/services that are prohibited, illegal or inappropriate to public morals;
- Posting false information, exaggerating the benefits, or causing misunderstanding about products or services;
- Impersonating an expert, using fake qualifications or providing false information to perform services;
- Send spam, disseminate false information, or disseminate content that is fraudulent, inflammatory, or discriminatory;
- Interfere with the system, exploit technical vulnerabilities or negatively affect the operation of the platform and user community.
StrongBody.ai has the right to review, process or remove any content, products or services that are found to violate the terms of fair use, and apply appropriate measures depending on the severity of the violation.
6.2 User Responsibilities
Users are responsible before the law and StrongBody.ai for all content, products and their actions when using the platform. Every act of posting, exchanging, buying, selling, evaluating or reporting must be honest, accurate and in accordance with the law as well as the regulations of the platform.
The seller commits to:
- Only post products that you own or have legal distribution rights to
- Record product information truthfully, without causing confusion or deception;
- Comply with return policies, warranties, buyer information security and tax regulations;
- Do not manipulate reviews, fake orders, or use virtual tools to increase rankings.
Buyer undertakes:
- Place orders in good faith, without intentionally sabotaging the transaction;
- Do not create fake orders, false reviews or slander
- Payment on time, in the right way;
- Do not abuse the refund policy to gain profit or cause damage to the seller.
6.3 Regulations on products and posted content
Users, especially Sellers, are responsible for all content they post on the platform. Content includes: titles, product descriptions, images, videos, user guides, testimonials, feedback, reviews and any related content.
The following products or content are strictly prohibited from being posted:
- Goods prohibited by law (e.g. food of unknown origin, banned substances, counterfeit goods, unlicensed prescription drugs);
- Products that infringe intellectual property rights or copy other brands;
- False or misleading information about health benefits or superstitious elements;
- Obscene images, pornographic content, violence, incitement to hatred or discrimination;
- Political and religious content is against regulations.
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to remove any offending product, content or account without prior notice.
6.4 Regulations on trading behavior and evaluation
To ensure a transparent and safe trading environment, StrongBody.ai stipulates:
Each Buyer is only allowed to rate the product after completing a real transaction. It is not allowed to create fake accounts to rate themselves, or hire others to rate dishonestly.
Do not impersonate or use another person's identity to conduct transactions or reviews.
Do not engage in private exchanges or agreements outside the platform to evade legal liability, commit tax fraud, or circumvent the platform's processing system.
If a Seller or Buyer is found to be intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities, external links, or automated tools (bots) to manipulate search results, prices, displays, or reviews, StrongBody.ai has the right to immediately lock the account.
6.5 Regulations on the use of incentives, promotions, and discount codes
Users are only allowed to use discount codes, offers or promotions according to the subjects, conditions and deadlines announced by StrongBody.ai.
Any fraudulent behavior in using promotional codes such as: creating multiple accounts to get codes, buying and reselling codes, using automated tools to "hunt for codes" is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to revoke coupon codes, block promotions, or terminate access to the program if we detect signs of abuse, misuse, or violation.
6.6 StrongBody.ai's Control and Handling of Violations
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform to detect and address violations of the Terms of Service. We may take the following actions:
- Warning, reminder or request for correction within a certain period of time
- Hide or remove infringing content
- Restrictions on posting and using features
- Temporarily lock or permanently delete account
- Hold payment while dispute resolution is in place (if this function is available)
- Transfer the case to the competent state agency if the violation is serious
Violation may be handled unilaterally, without the user's consent and without the need to refund any fees, benefits or digital assets used.
6.7. Regulations on service usage according to internal platform mechanism
6.7.1. Principles of service use
All consulting services provided on the StrongBody.ai platform must be posted, entered into, performed, confirmed and paid for through the platform's official internal mechanisms. The parties involved in the service transaction (Buyer and Seller) are responsible for using the tools provided such as the scheduling function, internal messaging system, completion confirmation feature, dispute reporting tool and integrated payment methods.
Using the platform to contact, broker or perform services outside the system with the purpose of evading obligations, committing fraud or reducing costs is considered a serious violation and will be handled according to Article 7 of the Terms of Service.
6.7.2. Prohibition of off-platform transactions
StrongBody.ai strictly prohibits any action of offering or agreeing to conduct transactions, consultations, transfer of documents or payments outside the platform. Sharing personal information, social media accounts, email addresses, phone numbers or personal payment methods for the purpose of circumventing the system is considered a violation.
If any off-platform transactions are detected, StrongBody.ai reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the account, refuse technical support or dispute resolution, warn or notify relevant parties about the user's risk level. The platform reserves the right to review the content of the exchange via the internal messaging system to detect signs of violations, to the extent necessary to ensure the safety of the community and platform operations.
6.7.3. Confirmation of service completion
A consulting service is considered completed when the Seller confirms that the service content has been fully performed, the Buyer confirms that they agree with the quality of the service after completion, or after the specified time (usually 48 to 72 hours from the end of the appointment) without the Buyer having any valid complaints. StrongBody.ai will record the completion status as a basis for processing payments, evaluating quality and supporting disputes if they arise.
6.7.4. Rights to use and own service content
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, any content created by Seller during the performance of the service, including consultation materials, exercise programs, health reports, instructional videos, digital content or related data, will be transferred to Buyer for non-commercial, non-exclusive use, after the service is confirmed complete and paid in full.
Buyer may not redistribute, resell, modify, commercialize or publicly display the above content without the express written consent of Seller. Seller retains intellectual property rights to the content it creates, unless there is an agreement to transfer ownership. Seller may provide similar content to other customers, provided that it does not disclose the personal information or private data of the previous Buyer.
6.7.5. Service dispute support mechanism
When a dispute arises between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the quality, progress or content of the service, the parties can use the platform's "Support Request" function to submit a complaint. StrongBody.ai will receive and verify based on information from the system including appointment history, message content, submitted documents and implementation status.
After an initial review, StrongBody.ai may make an internal settlement proposal such as offering a partial refund, rescheduling, or adjusting the content of the review. StrongBody.ai's decision is not legally binding, but may affect the user's continued use of the account or their ranking on the platform.
6.7.6. Consequences of violation
Users who violate the provisions of this section, including but not limited to off-platform transactions, service impersonation, misuse of consulting content or fraudulent behavior, will be subject to one or more measures including warnings, service feature blocking, payment withholding, permanent account blocking or information transfer to authorities if there are signs of law violations.
7. Violation of Terms of Service
7.1 Acts considered as violations
A User is considered to be in violation of the Terms of Service when he or she performs one or more of the following actions:
- Use the platform to post, buy and sell prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin or goods without a license as prescribed by law.
- Providing false, fraudulent, distorted or misleading information to consumers about product features, uses or origin.
- Unauthorized interference with technical systems, intentional exploitation of security vulnerabilities, spreading viruses, malicious code or disrupting services.
- Impersonating another organization/individual, appropriating accounts or using other people's accounts illegally.
- Manipulating the market by using fake accounts, fake orders, fake reviews, or tricks to cheat rankings and promotions.
- Insult, threaten, or harass other users or StrongBody.ai support staff.
- Evading tax obligations or violating the laws of the country where the transaction takes place.
- Exploiting refund policies, shipping, or promotions for personal gain or destruction.
7.2 Violation handling process
StrongBody.ai applies a transparent and reasonable violation handling policy, which can be applied at each level, specifically:
Step 1: Detect violationsViolations may be detected through technical monitoring systems, feedback from users, affiliates, or competent authorities.
Step 2: Verify informationWe will verify through system data, evidence provided by parties (including messages, orders, screenshots, payment receipts, videos,...).
Step 3: Send notification (if necessary)Depending on the severity, StrongBody.ai may send a warning or request the user to explain and provide additional evidence within the specified time limit.
Step 4: Apply treatmentUpon verification, StrongBody.ai may take one or more of the following measures:
- Official warning;
- Remove content, hide products, or delete from listings;
- Temporarily lock functions (eg: do not post, do not send messages...);
- Limit account access or hold payments (if applicable);
- Permanent account lock;
- Transfer the case to the competent authorities if there are signs of criminal violations or serious damage.
Step 5: Save violation recordsAll violations will be recorded and saved on the internal system. Repeat violators may be subject to more severe penalties under the violation points accumulation policy or risk marking.
7.3 Legal consequences and compensation for damages
The violator has the obligation to:
- Compensate for all damages incurred by StrongBody.ai, other users or third parties due to the infringement.
- Bear all legal costs, court fees, and losses incurred if StrongBody.ai or the injured party files a lawsuit or claims compensation.
- Agree that StrongBody.ai may provide account information, transactions and related data to investigative agencies, courts or authorized parties if legally required.
7.4 No Disclaimer
StrongBody.ai's failure to promptly take action on a particular violation does not excuse our liability, nor does it waive our right to take action in the future. We reserve the right to take action on a violation even if it occurred before the time of discovery or complaint.
7.5 Provisions for cross-border violations
For users who commit violations with foreign elements (e.g. selling goods that violate the laws of another country, cross-border), StrongBody.ai may:
- Suspend access from risky countries;
- Transfer information to payment service providers or local law enforcement agencies;
- Coordinate dispute settlement in accordance with international treaties, legal principles of relevant countries or at the request of legitimate investigation agencies.
8. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement
8.1 StrongBody.ai's commitment to protecting intellectual property rights
StrongBody.ai respects and commits to strictly enforcing legal regulations related to the protection of intellectual property rights (IP), including copyrights, related rights, trademarks, trade names, patents, industrial designs, trade secrets and other rights recognized by law.
We strictly prohibit any act of posting, selling or using products, images, descriptions, documents that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Sellers and Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all content and products they use on the platform do not infringe the above rights.
8.2 Common infringements
The following acts (including but not limited to) may be considered intellectual property infringement:
- Posting counterfeit, copied or imitated products of registered trademarks;
- Use a trademark's trade name, logo, image or description without permission;
- Use images, videos, product descriptions copied from other websites without permission;
- Infringement of copyright of books, textbooks, digital documents, medical images or professional videos;
- Posting content containing artificial intelligence elements created by third parties but without commercial exploitation rights;
- Using a domain name, store name, or account name that is confusingly similar to a third-party trademark.
8.3 Mechanism for receiving and handling complaints of intellectual property violations
Intellectual property rights holders or their legal representatives may submit requests for handling of infringement to StrongBody.ai via one of the following channels:
Required documents include:
- Contact information of the rights holder or authorized person (full name, email, phone number, address)
- Documents proving intellectual property rights (trademark registration certificate, patent granting decision, copyright, assignment contract or valid power of attorney)
- Link or screenshot of the allegedly infringing content
- Describe in detail the violation and specific requests (remove product, block account...)
- Legal commitment confirms the truthfulness of the information provided and takes legal responsibility for any fraud
Note:In case the complainant does not provide complete information, StrongBody.ai may refuse to process or request additional information before consideration.
8.4 Processing time and applicable measures
Upon receipt of complete and valid information and documentation, StrongBody.ai will conduct a preliminary assessment of the validity of the request and may take one or more of the following actions:
- Temporarily hide or remove the disputed product from the system
- Ask the seller to explain or provide evidence to the contrary within 5 – 7 working days
- Freeze seller accounts if systematic, serious or repeated violations are detected
- Cooperate with the rights owner and/or authorities in the process
In the event of a complex dispute and the two parties cannot reach an agreement, StrongBody.ai encourages the parties to file a lawsuit in court or a competent arbitration agency. The platform is not responsible for the final judgment but only performs a support and preliminary handling role within its internal capacity.
8.5 Commitments from sellers and users
Sellers using the StrongBody.ai platform commit to:
- Do not post products that violate intellectual property rights
- Take full responsibility for any violation of third party rights
- Reimburse StrongBody.ai for damages and costs if the platform is claimed for infringement arising from the seller's conduct
If users discover any violations, they can use the “Report Violating Product” function or send an email as stated in section 8.3.
9. Order and payment
9.1 Placing an order on the StrongBody.ai platform
Buyers can place orders through the StrongBody.ai platform by selecting products posted by Sellers, adding them to their shopping cart, filling in their delivery information, choosing a payment method, and confirming their order.
An order is only considered “successful order” when:
- Buyer completes the payment process or confirms the payment method
- The StrongBody.ai system or the payer confirms receipt of the transaction information
- Seller receives order notification and accepts (if platform applies 2-way confirmation mechanism)
Placing an order constitutes Buyer's agreement to all product information, including price, shipping costs (if applicable), payment methods, return policy, delivery time and related terms.
StrongBody.ai is not responsible if the Buyer enters incorrect information, selects the wrong product or orders from the wrong Seller. The Buyer may cancel the order within the allowed time, depending on the policy announced at each time.
9.2 Supported Payment Methods
StrongBody.ai supports multiple payment methods through reputable third-party payment partners. Specifically, these include:
(a) Online payment via payment gateway:Including credit cards, debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), domestic ATM cards via Internet Banking, automatic bank transfers. The system may require an OTP code or 3D Secure verification from the issuing bank.
(b) Integrated e-wallet:StrongBody.ai can connect with legal e-wallets (eg: Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay...) to support transactions. Users need to link the wallet to their personal account before using.
(c) Post-payment (if any):“Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) or consumer credit services will be provided through third-party partners. All loan terms, repayment terms, interest rates, and late payment consequences are the responsibility of the financial service provider.
(d) Discount code, bonus points (if any):Buyers can use promotional codes, discount codes or bonus points issued by the system to deduct from the total payment value, subject to the specific conditions of each program.
9.3 Payment Security Guarantee
StrongBody.ai is committed to not storing bank card information, OTP codes or sensitive user data. All transactions are made through encrypted payment channels and PCI-DSS security certification or equivalent.
We recommend users to:
- Do not share card information or OTP with anyone
- Double check the payment domain name, make sure the transaction is done through an official partner
- Do not use public computers or unsecured networks to make payments
In case of suspected information leakage, fake transactions or payment fraud, users should immediately contact StrongBody.ai support and the issuing bank for timely handling.
9.4 Error handling and payment refunds
If the transaction fails due to system failure, network congestion, or payment gateway/third party failure, StrongBody.ai will coordinate with the relevant party to verify and refund the original account as soon as possible, usually from 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method.
Users need to provide proof of payment (transaction code, photo of notification from bank/e-wallet application) to support verification.
In the event that the Seller cancels the order after successful payment, the full amount will be refunded to the Buyer via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
9.5 Seller's commitment
The Seller is responsible for:
- Use only legal payment methods supported by the platform
- Do not require Buyers to pay outside the platform, especially via personal transfers, unless expressly agreed to by StrongBody.ai
- Do not scam, change order value after successful order placement, or ask for unreasonable additional charges
Any fraudulent payment, tax evasion, or risk to the system will be strictly handled according to policies and laws.
11. StrongBody.ai Guarantee Policy
11.1 Nature of transaction connection
StrongBody.ai is a technology platform that plays a role connecting Sellers and Buyers, facilitating parties to conduct commercial transactions conveniently, transparently and effectively in the fields of health, fitness and personal care.
We are not directly involved in the payment process, no money, no transaction hold, and no cash flow management between the two parties. All payments, refunds, or post-transaction negotiations are made through legal payment gateway or direct agreement between Seller and Buyer.
11.2 Scope and Limitation of Warranty
Since StrongBody.ai does not operate an internal wallet or payment hold system, it does not provide “Establishment Wallet”, “Hold Funds Until Successful Delivery” or similar intermediary secure payment methods.
However, to protect the legitimate interests of users, StrongBody.ai still appliesSome policies to support dispute resolution to ensure that transactions are conducted on the platform in a trusted environment, specifically:
- Support receiving complaints about transactions, products, fraudulent behavior, and violations of the law
- Provide technical information, order history, login history, system logs to support the verification process between parties
- Temporarily hide products or temporarily lock Seller accounts if there are clear grounds to show violations or fraud
- Suggest Sellers and Buyers negotiate on the platform through messaging tools, order feedback
- Temporarily suspend the display of disputed content, products or stores until a clear solution is found
Note: All the above support technical assistance and mediation, has no legal binding value as a final judgment. StrongBody.ai is not financially or legally responsible if the transaction between Seller and Buyer encounters risks beyond the system's control.
11.3 Buyer's Responsibilities
Buyer needs:
- Carefully check product information, price, return policy and Seller reputation before paying
- Deal with reputable Sellers, verified or with positive reviews from the community
- Save proof of payment, product photos, and communication in case of a complaint
- Report any fraudulent or policy violations to StrongBody.ai promptly
11.4 Seller's Responsibilities
The Seller is responsible for:
- Fully perform delivery, warranty and return obligations (if any) according to the published content
- No requirement for Buyers to transfer funds outside of the official payment systems supported by the platform
- Do not deliver misdescribed, counterfeit, defective, or substandard goods
- Actively resolve disputes in good faith and cooperate with StrongBody.ai when requested to provide information
11.5 Dispute Support Restrictions
StrongBody.ai No authority to investigate, enforce or force the parties to refund, especially in the following cases:
- Payment transactions or agreements take place off-platform
- User does not provide sufficient valid evidence
- The problem arises due to the fault of the payment intermediary, the shipping unit, or a technical error from the user's device
- The dispute is not directly related to the content made through the StrongBody.ai system
In these cases, users are advised to contact the authorities, consumer protection organizations directly, or file a lawsuit at a competent court in accordance with the law.
12. Reward points, discount codes and promotions
12.1 About Reward Points and Offers
StrongBody.ai may implement reward points programs, discount codes or other incentives to encourage users to participate in transactions, increase engagement, or reward loyal customers. Depending on each period, these programs will be publicly announced on the platform, along with specific conditions and validity periods.
Bonus points (if any) are virtual points that users can receive through completing transactions, reviewing products, referring new users, participating in events or according to other specific mechanisms prescribed by StrongBody.ai.
A discount code is a code consisting of letters, numbers or special characters that users can enter at the checkout step to directly reduce a portion of the order value according to a specific rate, amount or applicable conditions.
Promotions include discounts, gifts, buy 1 get 1 free, free shipping or a combination of various forms, organized by StrongBody.ai or the Seller.
12.2 Principles of using bonus points
Users must have a valid StrongBody.ai account to accumulate and use reward points. Reward points have no cash value, are non-transferable to others, and can only be used on the platform in the manner stated.
Each reward point can be converted into discount value or preferential benefits at the rate and conditions determined by StrongBody.ai. The conversion rate may vary depending on the time, event or promotional campaign.
Reward points may be revoked, frozen or deleted from an account if fraud, misuse or policy violations are detected.
In case the system has a technical error that causes an abnormal increase in points, StrongBody.ai has the right to adjust the point balance to the correct level according to the actual transaction that took place.
12.3 Terms and conditions of discount codes
Each discount code may come with its own conditions such as: limited time of use, minimum order value, applicable to a certain product group, available to new customers only or during a specific time frame.
Each order can only apply one or a certain number of discount codes depending on the specific regulations of the system at the time of payment.
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to refuse to apply the code if it detects illegal use, including but not limited to: using automated software to collect codes, creating multiple fake accounts to receive codes multiple times, or sharing internal codes externally.
Discount codes have no cash value, are non-refundable if the order is cancelled and cannot be reused if expired.
12.4 Managing and adjusting the incentive program
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion, coupon or reward system without prior notice, if technical vulnerabilities, large-scale fraud or other reasonable operational reasons are detected.
Continued participation in the promotion or use of reward points after the adjustment date constitutes acceptance of such changes.
In case the user does not agree with the new policy, he/she can stop using the program, however, the benefits used will not be refunded.
12.5 User Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the user to understand the terms, duration and limitations of each promotion. Any fraudulent, fraudulent, destructive or illegal use of promotions may result in account suspension, order cancellation, point cancellation or civil liability if causing serious damage.
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to revoke all offers granted in the event of evidence of misconduct or dishonesty on the part of the user.
13. Shipping and delivery
13.1 Shipping responsibility lies with the Seller
On the StrongBody.ai platform, delivery is not coordinated by the system or platform. Instead, the Seller has the right to choose the delivery method, shipping unit, shipping fee and payment method to suit the type of goods and the location of the Buyer.
The Seller is responsible for arranging delivery at the time, place and conditions agreed upon when the Buyer completes the order. StrongBody.ai does not provide logistics services and is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or problems arising during the delivery process.
If a dispute arises regarding shipping, the Buyer and Seller must resolve it directly in good faith. StrongBody.ai only acts as a support in providing technical information and transaction history if there is a valid request from either party.
13.2 Shipping Information Disclosure
Sellers must clearly disclose delivery-related information on each product, including:
- Applicable delivery method (eg: express delivery, inner city shipping, delivery by vehicle...)
- Estimated delivery time
- Areas that are delivered or not delivered
- Shipping fee (can be calculated separately or included in the price)
- Free shipping conditions (if any)
Transparent disclosure helps Buyers make informed decisions and reduces the risk of disputes.
The Seller shall not intentionally change the shipping method or terms after the Buyer has confirmed the order, unless the Buyer agrees through text message or phone call confirmation.
13.3 Delivery on time and as described
The Seller is obliged to deliver the correct product as described, type, size, quantity and quality as committed. Delivering the wrong item, missing item, defective item or item that is seriously different from the information on the platform may be considered a policy violation and will be handled.
The Seller must also ensure that the goods are packaged carefully, in accordance with the product characteristics, especially for fragile goods, functional foods, sensitive medical products or goods with temperature restrictions.
Repeated late deliveries without valid reasons or without prior notice to the Buyer may affect the Seller's reputation and be subject to internal action (hiding of products, warnings, access restrictions).
13.4 Buyer's obligations upon receipt of goods
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate, clear shipping address and maintain contact during delivery.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the goods and immediately notify the Seller if any errors, shortages, damage or abnormalities are detected. In case the Buyer receives the goods but does not respond within a reasonable time (depending on the regulations of each product or separate agreement), the system will automatically record the delivery as successful.
The Buyer may not refuse to accept the goods if the order is as described, unless both parties have previously agreed to cancel or adjust the order.
13.5 In case of risk or dispute
If there is an incident during the shipping process such as lost goods, wrong delivery address, damaged goods, lost goods or goods being held at the post office warehouse, the Seller and Buyer need to:
- Proactively contact the carrier (if using a third party)
- Agree on a handling plan (redelivery, refund, exchange, cancellation of order, etc.)
- Provide proof of authentication to the other party or to the platform if support is needed (photos, messages, shipping codes, invoices…)
StrongBody.ai is not responsible for any damages arising from the shipping process as it does not directly intervene in the selection of the shipping unit, coordination or tracking of the waybill.
However, in special cases involving fraud, systematic violations or intentional acts of damage, StrongBody.ai reserves the right to intervene by locking accounts, hiding products, or transferring the case to the authorities as prescribed by law.
14. Returns and refunds
14.1 Seller-established policies
On the StrongBody.ai platform, product returns, refunds and exchange policy are set and published directly by the Seller for each specific product, service or product group.
The Seller has the right to decide:
- Which products are eligible for return, refund and which are not
- Time allowed for exchange/return after receipt of goods (e.g. within 3, 5 or 7 days)
- Product condition accepted for return (for example: intact, unused, with invoice...)
- Shipping costs when returning goods (which party bears)
- Return and exchange acceptance and confirmation process
The Seller is responsible for clearly and transparently listing the above content in the product description or on the store page so that the Buyer can easily access and understand before placing an order.
14.2 Buyer's Responsibilities When Requesting a Return
Buyer can request return, refund if:
- The product received is defective or damaged due to transportation or manufacturing
- The product is significantly different from the posted description (e.g. wrong model, wrong size, wrong brand...)
- The Seller has committed to allowing exchanges/returns in specific cases in accordance with the published policy
- Goods were found to be counterfeit, fake, or infringing intellectual property rights
The Buyer must proactively notify the Seller within the specified time, and provide full evidence such as photos, videos, invoices, order codes and actual condition of the goods to prove that the request is reasonable.
The Buyer is responsible for keeping the product intact until the return process is completed, especially for perishable items such as dietary supplements, liquid health care products, or sealed packaged products.
14.3 Return and Refund Processing Procedure
When a refund request arises, the two parties will negotiate directly through the messaging system or the contact information provided. StrongBody.ai recommends that the parties:
- Confirm refund conditions (yes or no)
- Determine the time to return the product
- Agree which party will bear the return shipping fee (if any)
- Finalize the refund method (bank transfer, e-wallet, refund via payment gateway…)
- Keep all evidence of exchanges as a basis in case of dispute
StrongBody.ai does not act on behalf of any party to request, enforce or compel the Seller to refund or the Buyer to return the item, but may assist in mediation if either party submits a formal request with sufficient evidence.
14.4 Cases where refunds or returns are not granted
There are certain situations where the Buyer will not be accepted for a return or claim, including but not limited to:
- Used products, damaged due to Buyer's fault
- The return request period announced by the Seller has expired
- Failure to provide sufficient evidence
- Products that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” (e.g., fast-moving consumer goods, opened personal care products, deeply discounted orders, custom products, etc.)
- In case the Buyer intentionally abuses the return policy for personal gain, returns the wrong goods, or is dishonest in declaration
If fraudulent behavior or signs of law violation are detected, StrongBody.ai has the right to lock the account, transfer the case to the authorities and coordinate civil and criminal prosecution if necessary.
14.5 StrongBody.ai's supporting role
StrongBody.ai does not control, intervene in or directly handle refund or exchange requests between Sellers and Buyers. However, we do provide:
- Internal messaging system for transparent communication between Sellers and Buyers
- The system saves order history, bill of lading code, payment code to check transactions
- Dispute reporting tool, submit support requests with evidence
- Support technical information verification if dispute occurs
We may temporarily lock accounts or hide products that have been repeatedly complained about while we wait for resolution, to protect our user community and ensure a fair and transparent experience.
14.6. Return and refund policy for consulting services
14.6.1. General principles
The return and refund policy for consulting services (including but not limited to: nutrition consulting, fitness training, medical consulting, physical assessment, training program design...) is applied according to the following principles: – Only applicable when service has not been performed; – No refunds are applicable for completed services., except in special cases as provided below;– Refunds or service schedule adjustments are subject to conditions previously announced by the Seller (service provider) and actual situation arising.
14.6.2. Services performed
Once a consulting service has been confirmed as has been partially or fully implemented(e.g. video call consultation has taken place, documents have been sent, consultation schedule has been completed), then the Buyer will not be refunded, except in the following cases:
- Seller fails to provide service as promised(not appearing on schedule, content completely different from description, seriously poor service quality)
- Service interruption due to technical error from Seller without reasonable remedial action within 48 hours
- There is clear evidence that the service provided is fraudulent, that no one is performing or using copied/fraudulent content
In the above cases, the Buyer must clear evidence(message history, screenshots, appointment information, exchange content...) so that StrongBody.ai can review and support processing.
14.6.3. Unperformed Services – Cancellation and Refund Rights
The Buyer may request to cancel the consulting service if the service:
- Not yet implemented (no consultation, no documents sent, no interaction from the Seller)
- The scheduled appointment time has not yet arrived (e.g. a video call consultation scheduled in 24 hours)
However, service cancellation and refund in this case still dependsEach Seller's own policy, include:
- Minimum time allowed to cancel(eg: 12 hours, 24 hours...)
- Cancellation fee, if any
- Refund request processing time as specified by the Seller
The Buyer is responsible for clearly checking the service exchange/cancellation conditions published on the service page or Seller profile before payment.
14.6.4. The role of StrongBody.ai
StrongBody.ai no direct intervention on refunds or service quality assessments, but may:
- Record user communication history, scheduling, feedback
- Provide dispute reporting tools and store service booking information
- Assist in mediation if there is a valid complaint and clear evidence
- Temporarily hide service content or lock Seller's account if detecting signs of fraud, scam, or providing poor quality service.
StrongBody.ai is not liable forConsulting content, service results or consequences arising from the Buyer's personal decision when following the advice from the Seller. All professional responsibility belongs to the service provider.
14.6.5. Special notes
- Consulting services cannot be exchanged for products or cash after use
- Use of the service is deemed to be acceptance of all terms and conditions of supply previously announced by the Seller
- Buyers are not allowed to abuse the exchange/cancellation policy for personal gain (for example: requesting a refund after receiving the documents, intentionally ordering services and then making false complaints); if this behavior is detected, StrongBody.ai has the right to lock the account and handle it according to regulations
15. General terms and contact
15.1 Validity and Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service are effective from the time they are published on the StrongBody.ai platform and apply to all users, including Sellers and Buyers, when accessing or using any services of the platform.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Seller Policy, Buyer Policy and other relevant policies publicly available on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between the user and StrongBody.ai. These documents supersede any prior agreements of any kind with similar content.
In the event that any provision of this document is declared invalid or unenforceable under any law, the remainder of the Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect.
15.2 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the entity operating the StrongBody.ai platform is registered.
If the platform operates in multiple countries, the application of local law may take precedence by agreement or additional policies depending on the geographic area.
15.3 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising between users and StrongBody.ai or between Buyers and Sellers in connection with the use of the platform shall first be resolved in a spirit of negotiation, goodwill and cooperation.
If the negotiation fails, the dispute will be resolved at the competent court where StrongBody.ai is headquartered or a relevant jurisdiction in accordance with current law.
The User agrees that any claim, demand or legal action arising out of or relating to the use of the service must be brought within 1 (one) year from the date of the dispute. After this period, all rights of claim will be forfeited.
15.4 Modification of Terms
StrongBody.ai reserves the right to modify, supplement or update these Terms of Service at any time to comply with legal requirements, change internal policies or improve the functionality of the platform.
Any changes will be publicly announced on the platform and/or notified directly to users via email, messaging system or other electronic form.
Continued use of the platform by the user after the update is announced constitutes acceptance of all changes.
16. Other provisions
16.1 Region-specific policy priorities
In the event StrongBody.ai operates in multiple countries or jurisdictions, local specific terms and policies may apply in lieu of or in addition to these General Terms of Service.
Users accessing and using the platform in countries such as the United States, EU, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, Japan, etc. agree that they are responsible for understanding and fully complying with the legal regulations in the country where they live and conduct transactions.

In the event of a conflict between a local policy and the General Terms of Service, the local policy that is publicly available on the platform in that country shall prevail.
16.2 Provisions on force majeure
StrongBody.ai shall not be liable for any damages, losses, system failures, service interruptions or delays in the performance of obligations if caused by force majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the platform. Including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakesWar, strikes, labor conflictsCyber attacks, widespread malware infectionSystem error from infrastructure provider, server, payment gatewayBans, embargoes, and sudden regulations from local authorities
In case of force majeure, StrongBody.ai will try to remedy the consequences as quickly as possible, but is not obliged to compensate for indirect, special or unexpected damages to the user.
16.3 No Legal Affiliation
Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed to imply that StrongBody.ai is an agent, partner, distributor, manufacturer or legal representative of any Seller or Buyer. The Platform acts independently as a technology intermediary and does not represent any third party in any transaction or dispute arising therefrom.
A user's use of StrongBody.ai does not create any employment relationship, investment partnership, franchise agreement, or ownership stake between the user and the platform, unless a separate, legally executed written agreement is in place.
16.4 System Control and Reserve of Decisions
StrongBody.ai has sole discretion to display, rank, sort or recommend products, stores, sellers, buyers or any content appearing on the platform according to its own system algorithms, which may include behavioral factors, reviews, transaction history, reliability or level of violation.
The Platform also has the right to:Refuse to approve substandard booths or productsHide or remove content that appears to violate laws or policiesSuspend account visibility in case of high risk detectionIt is not required to explain in detail the reasons for the ranking algorithm.
StrongBody.ai's internal processing decisions may not be subject to legal proceedings unless specifically required by a competent authority.
16.5 Transfer of Services
StrongBody.ai may transfer all or part of its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to a third party (e.g. strategic partner, affiliate, platform acquirer) without the prior consent of the user, provided that the transfer does not affect the legal rights of the user.
Users are not permitted to transfer, delegate or resell their account or any rights related to the use of the platform to a third party without the express and written consent of StrongBody.ai.
17. Policy for Sellers and Buyers
17.1 Seller Policy
a) Conditions for registration and operation
Sellers using the StrongBody.ai platform must meet the minimum requirements including: having a valid account, providing accurate contact information, and being legally responsible for the products and services they sell.
If the product is subject to specialized management (e.g. medical equipment, functional foods, products with health factors), the Seller is obliged to provide documents proving the origin, quality, or distribution license if requested.
StrongBody.ai may require Sellers to verify their identity or provide additional business records during the course of their operations, especially if their store has a high volume of transactions or receives multiple complaints.
b) Responsibility for content and products
Sellers must ensure that all posted content (images, descriptions, uses, testimonials, etc.) is accurate, truthful, not misleading, and does not violate any laws or regulations. Using images from other brands, copyrighted content, or false descriptions is considered a policy violation and may result in account termination.
Products for sale must have a clear origin, not be on the list of prohibited goods, counterfeit goods or goods restricted from circulation in the country where the transaction takes place. The Seller is fully responsible if the product affects health, legality or complaints from consumers.
c) Transactions and after-sales
The Seller is obliged to fully perform the transaction with the Buyer according to the commitment, including: on-time delivery, support for returns if there is a policy, and warranty under the correct conditions (if the product is under warranty).
Any acts of late delivery, wrong delivery, fraud, or refusal to support customers after sale may be complained about and handled according to internal procedures.
d) Financial and tax transparency
The Seller is solely responsible for declaring income and paying taxes in accordance with the laws of the country in which he or she resides or conducts business. StrongBody.ai does not represent the Seller in collecting taxes, does not withhold, and is not responsible for the Seller's financial or accounting obligations.
Where local laws require the platform to share seller information with tax authorities, StrongBody.ai may cooperate in providing the legal information.
17.2. Buyer Policy
a) Terms of use
Buyers must have a valid account and are responsible for the personal information, shipping address and payment method provided. Placing fake orders, spamming orders, posting false reviews or inciting fraud are prohibited.
Buyers may not use promotions, refunds or customer support to exploit, harass or otherwise dishonestly harm Sellers.
b) Check and confirm order
Before confirming payment, the Buyer is responsible for carefully checking product information, price, shipping fee, return policy, warranty conditions and commitments from the Seller.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer should open the package, inspect the product before confirming the completion of the transaction or payment (if COD). Confirming payment means agreeing that the order has been delivered correctly and completely, unless a defect is later proven.
c) Evaluation and feedback
Buyers have the right to leave comments and evaluate the quality of products and services provided by Sellers. However, feedback must be based on real experiences, civilized language, not slanderous, hateful or discriminatory. Any fake reviews, hired review organizations or score manipulation are strictly prohibited.
d) Security and privacy
Buyers are not allowed to use Seller information (phone number, address, personal image...) to harass, spread false information or use it for purposes other than the transaction. Violation of Seller's privacy may result in account blocking or referral to the competent authority.
18. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
18.1 StrongBody.ai is not a supplier of goods or services
StrongBody.ai is a middleware platform, does not directly manufacture, import, own, inspect, transport or distribute any products, services, information posted on the platform by the Seller.
All products, services, offers, images, descriptions and warranties are posted by the Seller and are the sole responsibility of the Seller. StrongBody.aino commitment and no guarantee as to the quality, safety, performance, delivery or suitability of any product for the particular needs of the Buyer.
18.2 Not responsible for user generated content
StrongBody.ai does not pre-moderate all user-generated content (e.g. product descriptions, articles, reviews, comments, images). We are not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of such content, unless the platform is legally required to remove it upon legal request.
In all cases, Users must assess the risks of relying on content posted by third parties, even if such content appears on StrongBody.ai.
18.3 No guarantee of continuity, no system errors
StrongBody.ai strives to keep the system running smoothly, but no guarantee that the platform will work continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or unaffected by events beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Technical errors from storage infrastructure, transmission network, payment gateway
- Network attack, disconnection, malware infection
- Regular or ad hoc maintenance to update the system
- Issues from affiliate partners (e.g. payment, shipping, authentication)
The User agrees that access to and use of StrongBody.ai is on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and the platform is not responsible for any losses arising from any interruption or discontinuance of the service.
18.4 Not responsible for the conduct of other users
StrongBody.ai is not responsible for any conduct of Sellers, Buyers or third parties using the platform, including in the event that:
- Fraud, delivery of fake and poor quality goods
- Violation of intellectual property rights, copyright, social ethics
- Abuse of the evaluation function to harm others
- Using the platform to spam, solicit, or harass users
Any damage or loss arising from the misconduct of another user, you must deal directly with that person according to the law. StrongBody.ai only supports providing data within the permitted scope and when legally requested.
18.5 Limitation of Financial Liability
In any event, StrongBody.ai's maximum legal and financial liability for any claim, dispute, loss or damage in connection with the platform will not exceed the amount the user has paid to StrongBody.ai within the last 3 months (if any).
If the user has never paid any service fees to StrongBody.ai, the liability limit will be equal to VND.
StrongBody.ai is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, lost data, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity or any other consequential damages that are not foreseeable, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
18.6 Medical and Legal Disclaimer
StrongBody.ai does not provide medical advice, does not act as a professional, and is not a substitute for a physician, pharmacist, or competent health authority. Any content, products, or advice appearing on the platform for reference only and not to be considered as a treatment guide.
Users are solely responsible for applying any health-related advice or using products through the platform.
