TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction to StrongBody.ai

StrongBody.ai is an intermediary e-commerce platform that connects sellers and buyers in the fields of health, fitness, dietary supplements, personal medical devices, and related professional services. The platform is operated by StrongBody SG PTE., LTD., headquartered in Singapore.

2. Privacy and Personal Data

The platform collects personal data such as name, address, phone number, email, transaction history, device data, and any self-declared health-related information. This data is used to provide services, improve user experience, and handle complaints. StrongBody.ai does not sell personal data to third parties but may share it with delivery partners, payment providers, or authorities when legally required. Users have the right to access, edit, delete their data or withdraw consent.

3. Responsibilities and Limitations of StrongBody.ai

StrongBody.ai only provides the technical infrastructure and does not manufacture, distribute, or guarantee any product or service. All responsibility for quality, content, and legality lies with the seller. StrongBody.ai is not liable for any advice or services provided by sellers.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, source code, images, and logos on the platform are owned by StrongBody.ai or licensed third parties. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. User Accounts and Security

Users must provide accurate information during registration. There are two types of accounts: buyer and seller. Sellers may need to provide additional verification for certain product categories. Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and must not engage in fraud, share accounts, or manipulate the system.

6. Lawful Use and Prohibited Activities

Users may only list and trade legal products/services. Prohibited actions include listing illegal goods, spreading false information, impersonating professionals, using bots, and conducting transactions outside the platform.

7. Violation Handling

StrongBody.ai has the right to issue warnings, hide content, suspend features or accounts, withhold payments, or report to authorities in cases of serious violations. Violations are logged internally and may lead to stricter penalties upon repeat offenses.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

Users must not post or sell products or content that infringe on intellectual property rights. A clear complaint mechanism is in place for rights holders to report infringements with supporting documents.

9. Orders and Payments

Buyers can place orders using various payment methods such as cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, or COD (if available). Transactions are only valid when confirmed by the system. Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited.

10. Return and Refund Policies

Return and refund policies are defined by sellers and displayed per product/service. StrongBody.ai does not process refunds but may assist in disputes. For consulting services, refunds are only possible if the service has not been used or if there is seller misconduct.

11. Promotions and Reward Points

The platform may run promotions, reward programs, or discount codes. Users must not exploit these programs (e.g., creating fake accounts or using bots). Misuse may result in cancellation of benefits or account restrictions.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for selecting delivery methods and ensuring products are delivered as described. StrongBody.ai does not manage logistics but may assist technically in case of disputes.

13. Liability Disclaimer

StrongBody.ai is not liable for product quality, third-party content, delivery issues, technical failures, or outcomes of personal decisions made by users. Financial liability (if any) is capped at the total service fees paid by the user within the last three months.

14. General Terms and Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first resolved via negotiation. If unresolved, they may be taken to a competent court or arbitration center based on the platform’s registered jurisdiction. Claims must be filed within one year from the date of the incident.
