1. Purpose
This Fee Schedule forms part of the Terms of Service and the Payment Policy of StrongBody.ai.
It defines all fees, commissions, and charges that apply to Users, both Buyers and Sellers, who use the Platform.
2. Marketplace Fees

3. Subscription Plans

4. Refund and Cancellation Fees

Buyer cancels before Seller accepts | 100 % refund (excl. payment gateway fee). |
Buyer cancels after Seller accepts / work started | Partial refund – deduct up to 20 % service fee. |
Job not delivered / dispute resolved in favor of Buyer | Full refund of total payment. |
Technical error / double charge | Full refund within 5 business days. |
Refund method fee (bank / credit processor) | Applied as per third‑party terms (2.9 % + fixed 0.30 USD typical). |
5. Taxes and Withholdings
- All fees are exclusive of taxes (VAT/GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Sellers are responsible for declaring income and complying with local tax laws.
- StrongBody.ai may with hold amounts if required by law or tax authority.
6. Changes to Fees
Fees may change from time to time. Updated rates will be published on this page with the “Effective Date.”
Continuing to use the Platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
