Under Electrotherapy treatment I use heat therapy such as hot packs to help you in pain relief
The other modality is Tens machine, ultrasound, these are the also used for pain relief and management
Exercise therapy, this is when we do specific exercises according to the state of the condition, exercises progress as the treatment goes on.

Exercises are best for your body, they helps to correct the long posture and helps you to function properly.

Other treatment is massage therapy.
Massage therapy is also part of treatment plan that helps to relax massage and improve blood circulation
