All transactions are processed through Strongbody's integrated payment and management system on the official app Strongbody.ai. Each seller or specialist is required to verify personal and/or legal information, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations.
The website does not store sensitive data, does not conduct financial transactions, but only acts as an intermediary to introduce, provide information, and support users to access the global platform more easily.
II. Consumer policy at

1. Roles and responsibilities of the platform
- Strongbody website is a technical intermediary, does not control the content or quality of the seller's services, but is obliged to respond and coordinate in handling disputes or violations.
- Fully disclose seller identity, service conditions, refund policy, service fees.
- Build a transparent complaint and feedback system, respond within 72 hours and handle within 7 days maximum.
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigation.

2. Brand, image and content policy
- The Strongbody logo is an intellectual property protected by EU and industrial property law.
- Any party using the brand image must have a written agreement.
- Prohibit the use of offensive, racist, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Content posted by sellers must be authentic, complete and clear.
3. Terms of Service
- Users 18 years of age or older are eligible to open an account and use the service.
- Minors may only use non-medical services under the supervision of a legal representative.
- Users are responsible for updating correct personal information, not sharing accounts or creating fake accounts.
- Communication and transactions should be done on the Strongbody website, avoiding risks from external channels.
4. Register an account and verify
- Sellers must verify with Identity card /passport and provide a professional license if providing specialized services (e.g. doctor, therapist).
- Professional sellers need to register for SIRET or VAT number if doing business.
- Users may be asked to verify their identity if there is suspicious behavior or when payments exceed AML thresholds.
5. Privacy and Personal Data Policy (GDPR)
- Personal data is processed according to the principles: specific purpose – minimum data – reasonable storage period – confidentiality.
- Sensitive data (health, race, financial) is highly encrypted, access is decentralized, and monitored.
- Users can request deletion or extraction of personal data at any time.

StrongBody commits not to use any information in this group for the purposes of user profiling, personalized advertising, in-depth behavioral analysis or data commercialization., unless there is explicit, specific and separate consent from the user.
All such data processing activities are auditable, recorded and monitored to ensure transparency, compliance with the purpose and compliance with the law. If users have any complaints related to personal data rights, StrongBody will receive and process them in accordance with the data subject rights response process as prescribed by law.
6. Seller Policy
a. Posted content
- Service name, price, description, duration, and accompanying conditions must be clear and easy to understand.

- If there are images or professional content, the source must be cited or the seller must be legally responsible.
b. Advertising and communication
- Be honest, do not use deceptive messages, false images (before/after, miracle, cure promises).

- Promotional content requires prior permission from the platform or must follow a standardized format.
c. Tax and financial obligations
- Sellers must declare personal income tax or corporate tax according to local laws.
- If the platform revenue exceeds 10,000 EUR/year, reporting to the tax authorities may be required.
- Strongbody is not responsible for filing but can assist with final data consolidation.
7. Transactions, Payments and Refunds
- Strongbody website uses PSD2 standard payment system, supports cards, e-wallets, SEPA, Apple Pay.
- Refunds only apply to unused or clearly misdescribed services, not to user errors.
- Refund processing time: 3–10 business days.
- Digital services such as video call consultations, if they have taken place, will not be refunded, except in the case of technical errors.
8. Consumer rights and obligations

10. Termination of Service and Limitation of Liability
- Users can request account deletion at any time.
- Strongbody reserves the right to lock accounts upon detection of violations.
- The platform is not responsible for damages arising from off-platform transactions or false information from sellers.

11. Strongbody has an integrated dating function to help users expand their social relationships in a safe, civilized manner and in accordance with current EU law. This function is subject to the following additional terms:
a. Rules for using the dating function:
- Users must be 18 years of age or older and agree to the Dating feature's terms of service.
- Users undertake to be honest about their identity, image, age and purpose of use.
- Strongbody reserves the right to moderate content, profile pictures, and personal descriptions in Dating profiles.
b. Prohibited conduct:
- Send content that is obscene, offensive, threatening, coercive, or otherwise objectionable to others.
- Impersonating another person, posing as an expert, or providing false information with the intent to deceive.
- Suggesting sexual transactions or behavior that violates public morality or the law.
c. Safety warnings and limitations of liability:
- Strongbody website does not interfere with relationships after users voluntarily connect. Users need to be responsible for meeting, chatting, and exchanging personal information.
- It is recommended not to share sensitive data (financial, address, private photos) during the first chat.
- Strongbody website has the right to block accounts that violate or show signs of abusing the Dating app.
d. Reporting and support:
- Users can report violating profiles.
- Strongbody website has a specialized department to handle violations related to Dating within 48 hours.
- In serious cases (threats, harassment, criminal behavior), Strongbody will forward to the authorities.

4. Escrow & distribution:
- Payments once made will be held temporarily by the payment service provider until:
- Service confirmed to be fully provided
- The time limit for responding to the initial complaint has passed.
- The money will then be disbursed to the seller according to the procedure in section “d. Transferring money to the seller”.
5. Security and Privacy:
- All transactions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption technology, multi-layer authentication and comply with European anti-fraud (AML) and anti-money laundering (KYC) regulations.
- Users can request deletion of saved payment information at any time through the “Account” section in the app.

2. Package or recurring payment services:

- Pay the entire package before starting to use
- Enable auto-renewal
3. Subscription payment terms:
- Strongbody website only activates recurring payments when:
- User explicitly and actively consents (opt-in) via a confirmation button, not set by default
- Users are provided with detailed information about the term, fees, renewal conditions and how to cancel.
- Users can:
- Cancel auto-renewal at any time via your Strongbody account
- Receive at least 3 business days notice of your next scheduled deduction
- In all cases, Strongbody does not store card information directly but authorizes a PSD2-compliant payment partner to process it.
4. Complete the transaction:
- A transaction is considered complete only when:
- Payment confirmation system successful
- No signs of fraud or chargebacks
- In case of payment rejection, the service session will be automatically canceled, and the user will be notified to make the payment again.
5. Receipts and transaction history:
- After each payment, users will receive a confirmation and electronic invoice (PDF) via email and/or in the “Transaction History” section of the app.
- Invoices may include details of:
- Service price
- Platform fees (if any)
- VAT applicable

C. Platform Fees
1. Fee collection principles:
- Strongbody reserves the right to charge a platform fee (“platform fee”) to either the seller or the buyer, depending on:
- Type of service provided (e.g. medical, educational, therapeutic, beauty, personal counseling, etc.)
- Geographic scope of the transaction (EU, or cross-border)
- Business policies applicable at the time of transaction
- Service fees help maintain technical infrastructure, ensure payment security, provide legal support, and operate a transparent ecosystem between sellers and consumers.
2. Fee structure and form:
- Service fees may be calculated as follows:
- Percentage of transaction value (eg 10% per consulting session)
- Flat fee
- Mixed fee (fixed + percentage)
- The specific applicable fee structure will be clearly displayed prior to payment confirmation, including:
- Service List Price
- Platform fees (if any)
- Final total payment
3. Responsibility for notification and transparency:
- Fees and fee structure provided by Strongbody:
- Transparent disclosure on the application, in the service creation/transaction section.
- Update promptly if there are any policy changes, with notification to sellers/users via email or system notification.
- Sellers are not allowed to arbitrarily add platform fees to the displayed price, unless authorized by Strongbody.
4. Fee exemption or reduction policy:
- Strongbody may apply 0% fee promotions or discounts to:
- New Seller During Startup
- Priority areas (mental health, community education, non-profit)
- Sellers with quality certifications or active contributions to the community
- All fee waiver/reduction programs have clear conditions, specific durations, and are not permanently binding.
5. Refund (if any):
- In case the transaction is canceled due to technical error or platform error, the service fee will be fully refunded.
- If the transaction is canceled by user request or complex dispute, platform fee refund depends on the final processing result, not automatically guaranteed.
6. Value Added Tax (TVA/VAT):
- All service charges may or may not include TVA depending on the seller's tax status and transaction location.
- The Strongbody website will clearly display the applicable tax rate (if any) on the invoice or transaction receipt.
D. Transfer money to seller
1. Money transfer process:
- Once the service is confirmed complete (i.e. the user has no complaints or valid refund requests within the allowed time), Strongbody will proceed with the payment process to the seller.
- The amount paid is the net income after deducting platform fees (if any) and other prescribed deductions (e.g. transaction costs).
- Transfers are made within 3 to 10 business days, depending on:
- Buyer's original payment method (card, e-wallet, SEPA, etc.)
- Seller's country of residence
- Level of seller account authentication at the time of transaction
2. Holding period for new sellers:
- For newly registered sellers (accounts less than 30 days old or less than 3 verified transactions), the system may hold the first payment or high value transactions for up to 14 business days to:
- Additional verification of identity, bank account, tax code/SIRET
- Prevent financial fraud, virtual transactions or money laundering
- Make sure users don't request refunds or leave negative feedback
3. Transfer conditions:To transfer money, the seller needs to:
- Provide complete payment information (IBAN/BIC or valid e-wallet in the owner's name)
- Complete account verification via ID and professional license (if applicable)
- There are no pending complaints or disputes related to the transaction requested for payment
4. Automatic limits and controls:
- For transactions that appear unusual (e.g. unusually high amounts, newly created accounts, multiple canceled transactions), Strongbody may apply a manual check and hold the payment until additional verification is completed.
- Sellers will be notified via email and account of the transfer status, reason for hold (if any), and estimated time of resolution.
5. Remittance fee:
- In most cases, domestic transfer fees (SEPA, within the Eurozone) are not covered by Strongbody.
- In case of international transfers outside the EU or using e-wallets with service fees, the seller may incur additional fees, and will be notified before confirming the withdrawal.
6. Responsibility and support:
- Strongbody is not responsible if the seller provides incorrect account information and the transfer fails.
- In case of payment system error, Strongbody will coordinate with financial partner to fix and complete transaction as soon as possible.
- Sellers can contact Payment Support to check the status of their withdrawal, provide verification documents, or request a statement.
E. Refunds and dispute resolution
1. Cases eligible for refund:Users can request a refund in the following cases:
- The Service has not been used at the time of the refund request and is still within the validity period.
- The service content is clearly different from the description published on the Strongbody platform (e.g., incorrect expertise, significantly shorter actual duration, not in the committed service area).
- Technical error from the platform prevents the service from taking place at the scheduled time, without a reasonable alternative.
- The seller cancels the service without prior notice within a reasonable time, or without a valid reason.
2. Cases of no refund:Refund requests will be denied in the following cases:
- The service has been used in whole or in part (e.g. the consultation took place via video call).
- The user cancels late, violating the cancellation conditions agreed with the seller (each seller may apply different cancellation policies, but must be clearly announced).
- Subjective or unproven reasons (e.g. "not satisfied", "not a good vibe", "changed mind").
- Transactions are made outside the Strongbody platform, not through the official payment system.
3. Refund request and dispute resolution process:
- Users submit refund requests via the Strongbody app, "Support/Dispute" section, or via the official email of the support department.
- Information required: Transaction ID, refund reason, proof (if any).
- Strongbody verifies the request within 72 business hours, and notifies the provisional result.
- If eligible, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of complex disputes, the processing time may be extended up to 15 working days. During this time, Strongbody will remain neutral and act as a mediator between the two parties.
4. Enhanced mediation and grievance mechanism:
- If the user disagrees with the refund decision, a level 2 complaint can be filed with Strongbody's legal department.
- In addition, the user has the right to contact the consumer mediation agency as provided for by the Code de la Consommation.
1. Responsibility for issuing invoices:
- The seller is an individual or legal entity doing business in the EU and is obliged to issue a valid invoice or receipt to the buyer, in accordance with the provisions of:

- Law on Value Added Tax (TVA)

- The invoice must include at least the following information:
- Seller name and tax identification number (SIRET/VAT if applicable)

- Service description, quantity, unit price, total amount

2. Support for automatic invoices from Strongbody:
- Strongbody provides a system that supports the automatic generation and sending of invoices to sellers through the platform, based on information provided and declared by the seller (e.g. tax rate, SIRET number, type of service).
- However, the seller remains fully responsible for the legality, truthfulness and accuracy of the invoice content, including tax declaration and income reporting obligations.
- In case the seller is a non-taxable entity or a micro-entrepreneur, the invoice must clearly state a notice if no tax is collected.
3. Providing and storing invoices:
- Buyers can:
- Access, view and download electronic invoices directly in the "Transaction History" section of your personal account.
- Request a copy of the invoice to be sent via registered email (may take up to 72 hours to process).
- Strongbody stores transaction and invoice information for a minimum of 5 years, for legal support, auditing or historical retrieval purposes (unless the user requests deletion under GDPR rights).
4. Limitation of liability of Strongbody:
- Strongbody is not liable on behalf of the seller for the issuance, declaration or payment of taxes on income arising from the transaction.
- In the event of a request from tax or legal authorities, Strongbody may assist in providing copies of income statements, transaction data or contacting sellers to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
To ensure the safety of the payment system and comply with EU legal regulations, Strongbody applies measures to prevent fraud and limit risks in financial transactions, including:
1. Control of unusual transactions
- Strongbodyhas the right to temporarily hold or postpone processing of transactions if it detects:
- Transactions that appear unusual in frequency, amount, or country of origin.
- Transactions coming from accounts, devices, IP addresses that are on high-risk or restricted lists (PEP, FATF lists, etc.).
- There is suspicion of card fraud, identity theft, money laundering or terrorist financing under EU AML/CFT regulations.
2. Refuse high-risk payments
- Strongbodyor the payment partner has the right to:
- Decline transactions from cards or accounts that are suspected of fraud, do not qualify for verification, or are blacklisted by financial alert systems.
- Require additional verification from the user or seller before accepting a transaction.
3. Service suspension and transaction cancellation

- Users provide ID card/passport, proof of residence address or documents proving source of funds if payment exceeds the prescribed threshold.
- Seller provides valid bank account information, SIRET/VAT number or legal documents to verify business status.
- Failure to provide complete verification information may result in:
- Hold payments, freeze accounts, or
- Mandatory reporting to a competent authority such as TRACFIN or equivalent financial control unit in the EU.
5. Reporting violations and cooperating with investigations
- Strongbody responsible for:
- Store transaction history, access logs and verification information to serve investigations when requested by law enforcement agencies.
- Mandatory reporting of suspicious transactions to the authorities, including cases involving sellers or buyers.

This policy is established to ensure the legitimate rights of users and transparency in the process of multi-industry connection on the Strongbody platform. Strongbody has the right to adjust the content of the policy according to changes in the law and will publicly notify via the platform or email.
