Written by: Ethan Lim Wei Jie – Top 3 Regional Sale Seller & APAC Partnership Strategist
As a Sale Strategist who guides hundreds of health experts onto the StrongBody AI platform, I see a common hurdle: many are excellent clinicians but treat their digital profile as an afterthought.
Your Seller Profile isn't just an online resume; it's your digital storefront—the single most important tool for the AI to match you with high-value clients. I recently went through the process of building my own profile, and I want to share the five strategic steps I took to ensure maximum impact and credibility.
My first goal was to build immediate trust. Instead of vague descriptions, I focused on being authentic and professional.
- Action: I uploaded a clear, professional headshot and ensured my basic information, like location (Singapore) and full name, was accurate.
- The Strategist’s Take: Clarity eliminates doubt. A calm, intelligent demeanor in your profile picture is essential for attracting client confidence.
As a strategist, I don't sell time; I sell solutions. I didn't list a generic "Consultation."
- Action: I created three distinct "Products," framed as solutions: the AI Onboarding Package, the APAC Market Growth Consultation, and the Digital Engagement Booster.
- The Strategist’s Take: Labeling your offerings as "Products" makes them quantifiable and easier for clients to purchase. This leverages my core skill in Digital Sales & CRM.
Clients want to know why they should trust you. My education and certifications proved my commitment to both business and health tech.
- Action: I meticulously listed both my NUS degree and my specialized training from INSEAD, alongside key professional certifications like the Digital Transformation in Healthcare course.
- The Strategist’s Take: Don't skip the details. Certifications like my Professional Certificate in Sales Management prove you invest in continuous learning, reflecting the Lifelong Learning Advocate value I promote.
My gallery was designed to visually communicate my professionalism and impact, not just my face.
- Action: I included images of my professional headshot, a symbolic image of running at Marina Bay (reflecting discipline), and an image of my "Top 3 Regional Sale Seller" certificate .
- The Strategist’s Take: Every image must serve a purpose. The certificate is irrefutable proof of my competence, driving home my status as a Top Regional Seller.
Step 5: Consistent Voice (Blog & Category)
My blog needed to reinforce my strategic positioning.
- Action: I wrote a blog post focused on AI-powered growth and sustainable practice and deliberately categorized it under Fitness & Lifestyle.
- The Strategist’s Take: In the absence of a "Business Strategy" category, Fitness & Lifestyle allowed me to discuss discipline, mindset, and optimized performance—the foundational elements for professional growth. This consistency makes my expertise clear to both the AI and potential partners.
