Hello, I'm Sebastián Ruiz, a marriage and family therapist at Ruiz Family & Couple Therapy Center in Medellín, Colombia. With over 11 years of experience working with couples and families, I believe that every relationship can heal if it is listened to attentively. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Antioquia and an international certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) from ICEEFT. I combine emotion-focused therapy with a Colombian family systemic approach, from restoring communication and processing past traumas to building a sustainable language of love. With a calm and non-judgmental style, I seek to create a safe space for you and your loved ones to express yourselves, understand each other, and rebuild your relationships.
