Ingredients: Each 4.1 g effervescent tablet contains: Calcium (Calcium carbonate): 200 mg; Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid): 80 mg; Niacin (Nicotinamide): 15 mg NE; Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate): 12 mg α-TE; Pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium): 6 mg; Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 1.4 mg; Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 1.4 mg; Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate): 1.1 mg; Vitamin A (Retinyl acetate): 500 µg RE; Folic acid (Acid pteroymonoglutamic): 200 µg; Biotin (D-Biotin): 50 µg; Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): 5 µg; Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): 2.5 µg.
